Return and refund policy

Most items can be returned within the return window shown on the product page (usually 7 days from delivery).

How to return

1. Go to My Account → Orders and open the order
2. Choose Return or replace next to the item and tell us why
3. Our courier partner picks it up within 2–4 working days

Conditions

• Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging
• Innerwear, beauty products that are opened and grocery items cannot be returned

Refunds

Once the item reaches us and passes inspection, we refund online payments to the original method within 5–7 working days. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded to your bank account.
